This is the musical pitch of a composition. In addition to the raga and tala, there are two additional important elements that can be found within the Carnatic music theory. It is a singing style that is called вЂњgayaki,вЂќ resting on two primary elements: the modes (or raga) and the melodic formula (or tala), which creates the rhythmic cycle of the music. The compositions are designed to be sung, even if being played on instruments. I perform both vocal and Veena, as primary and also for dance concerts.In Carnatic music theory, the primary emphasis is on vocals. Have guided several students to do graduation, post graduation and NET JRF exam in Carnatic Music and perform in temples and special occasions. I have eleven years of experience in teaching Carnatic Music both vocal and veena in various institutions and also taking private classes online. I have a passion for teaching music to those who are genuinely interested. I offer Carnatic Music Vocal, Veena and Keyboard classes from basic till graduation level and post graduation level (B.Music and M.music), government-grade exams ( both theory and practical) for all age groups, NET JRF exam CarnaticMusic p as paper). Also, an alumnus of the University of Madras with the first class in Masters in Carnatic Music, currently pursuing research in musicology as a JRF scholar, and have qualified for assistant professor through National Eligibility Test examination. I am an alumnus of Kalakshetra with a first class Diploma both in Vocal and Veena, over all topper and best student of the year 2013.
